Dr. Jane A. Doe is the leader of Jones Eye Centers' refractive surgery team. With more than 10 years experience in refractive and corneal surgery, she has been a pioneer in procedures to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.

Dr. Doe has participated in numerous clinical studies and has performed more than 7,000 refractive surgery procedures. She was the first ophthalmic surgeon in the United States to use the holmium laser to correct farsightedness.

Dr. Doe has served as a medical monitor for several excimer laser studies and continues to review refractive surgical techniques and analyze clinical study data. She served as principal investigator for KeraVision's Intacsý and has treated more patients with this device than any other surgeon in the world. Dr. Doe trains surgeons from aroundthe world on new surgical techniques.

Dr. Doe has given hundreds of presentations for professional organizations around the world.

Dr. Doe received her medical doctorate and completed her residency at the University of Nebraska. She completed a fellowship in corneal surgery at the Filkins Eye Clinic in Omaha. Dr. Doe is a board-certified ophthalmologist. She serves as an associate clinical professor and director of refractive surgery services at the University of Nowhere.
